Lahore is undergoing transport infrastructure improvement; albeit at much lower rate than one would expect for city of 10 million inhabitants and population growth rate of almost twice the national average. The developments in transport infrastructure during the last decade were also limited, but the neglect of the system has been much more pronounced over the last three to four years.
